At Red Ryno Energy Ltd., we believe that community engagement is just as important as delivering high-quality work. Recently, Luc Batcu, our Projects and Operations Director, spent time volunteering at Ruth & Naomi’s Mission in Chilliwack, serving meals to vulnerable families and individuals. It was a simple but impactful way to give back to the community that supports us.
Ruth & Naomi’s Mission is an incredible organization that provides vital services to individuals and families facing challenges in our community. Through their dedication, countless people find a place of comfort, support, and dignity during difficult times.
The mission offers more than just food; it provides a sense of belonging, helping people feel valued when they need it the most. Volunteering at such a place is not only rewarding but also an opportunity to see firsthand the importance of these contributions.
As Luc reflects on his experience, he shares:
It gives me great pleasure to know that 30 years ago I was on the other side of the table, and now I can serve instead of being served.
For Luc and for all of us at Red Ryno Energy, these small moments of service are reminders of the real impact we can have.
We see our role not just as a company that builds infrastructure but one that helps build stronger communities. However, we know that the need is ongoing, and we encourage others to get involved. If you know families in need, or if there are community projects where we can step in and make a difference, we welcome your feedback and input.
We invite you to join Luc and the Red Ryno team in our volunteering efforts. Feel free to contact Luc directly for more information on how you can get involved in our corporate volunteering initiatives. To learn more about how you can support Ruth & Naomi’s Mission, visit Ruth & Naomi’s Mission.
